Last-mile employment, built at the village
Overview
For job seekers in tier-2, 3, and 4 towns, the hardest part isn't the work — it's discovery. The jobs exist; the path to them doesn't.
Rozgaar Mitra answers that with a guide: a village-level entrepreneur who helps people find and land the right work — and earns for it.
01 — The model
A guide at the last mile
Village-level entrepreneurs (VLEs) become the human bridge to formal employment. They sit where the seekers are, offer assisted services — and charge for them, so the model sustains itself rather than depending on subsidy.
02 — What seekers get
Resume, match, and a way to track it
Through their Mitra, seekers get an ATS-friendly resume, recommended jobs that actually fit, and a way to track every application — the things urban seekers take for granted, brought to towns that never had them.
